CTR
Click-through rate (CTR) is clicks divided by impressions, expressed as a percentage.
Calculate click-through rate
CTR = clicks ÷ impressions × 100
A campaign with 450 destination clicks and 30,000 impressions has a link CTR of 1.5%. A zero-impression denominator cannot produce a rate.
Specify the click type. All clicks may include interactions that do not send someone to the destination. For a traffic objective, use the relevant destination-click metric.
Keep campaign comparisons consistent
Preserve each platform’s metric labels. An Instagram Story link report and a TikTok ad report may use different reporting scopes. Dividing clicks by reach produces a different ratio from standard impressions-based CTR.
A strong CTR does not establish sales. Pair it with the main KPI and landing-page results. Use AI creator search to review relevant profiles, then obtain private click reporting from the creator or campaign source.
